1. Services

DEVOBE provides software development, AI automation engineering, consulting, and application deployment services under agreed Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for custom software deliverables, all agreed intellectual property rights for custom code and project assets are assigned to the client, subject to third-party open-source licenses.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DEVOBE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
