At DEVOBE, we strive to deliver exceptional engineering and consulting services. Our refund terms are outlined below:

1. Milestone-Based Projects

Custom software engineering and AI automation projects are billed based on approved project milestones. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable once work has been delivered and signed off.

2. Cancellation

Clients may terminate project agreements in accordance with the termination clause specified in their individual Statement of Work (SOW). Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
